As long as there is absolutely No risk of any kind to us being late to folks that booked in advance than we will try our best.
Your party would have to be within two hours from our last delivery for us to even consider taking. Not fair for any kid to have to wait for us and we are absolutely not taking any chances.
We understand that sometimes the party lasts longer than planned, which is why we offer a Free Overnight Rental option for added flexibility. Instead of the standard 6-hour rental block, you can keep the inflatable for the entire day, allowing your guests more time to enjoy the fun. Our team will return the following day to retrieve the equipment.
Important Details:
Inflatable Preparation: We ask that you have the inflatable set up and fully inflated when we arrive for pickup. This helps to shed any water and allows the unit to drain properly before our team reclaims it.
Pickup Time: Please note that the Free Overnight Rental is not a 24-hour rental. Your rental items will still be available for other customers the following day, so we may arrive as early as 6:30 AM to collect them. You do not have to be awake or home for pick up, we will come pick up and leave without disturbing you if it is early morning. We will make prior arrangements with you regarding the exact pickup time.

Our standard rental period is typically 6 hours, giving you and your guests plenty of time to enjoy the fun and excitement of our inflatables and party rentals. However, we understand that every event is unique, so we offer flexible rental options to suit your needs.
If you need more time, we also provide extended rental periods, including our Free Overnight Rental option, which allows you to keep the equipment for the entire day at no additional cost. We aim to accommodate your schedule as best as possible to ensure your event is a success.

We have the best weather cancellation policy on Long Island. Give us a call 24 hours prior to your party or event to cancel. This policy is for RAIN and BAD Weather ONLY. We will give a refund in full back. As for any other cancellations, you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your party or event. In this case the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will issue a rain check for the amount of the deposit for the rental that is being cancelled. A rain check is good for an entire year from the date it was issued.
Please note that no refunds will be issued once the equipment has been delivered, regardless of whether it is used or not.
Yes, we offer Free deliveries in select areas, if you are not in one of the selected areas additional fees may apply to some areas farther out due to the possible need for an extra truck and labor. All prices include set-up and Pick-Up on all Inflatables, Tents, Games, Concessions, and Photobooths.

The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we are guaranteed to have the inflatable up and running by (we require a three-hour delivery window to guarantee this time). We start our routes at 7am so we will be out sometime between 7am until your event start time to deliver.
The end time on your event is the time you are guaranteed the inflatable/items until. Our latest pickup time is 6pm due to the early darkness and safety of our drivers. Any event that ends after the 6pm end time will have our Free Overnight.
For Tent, Table and Chair Rentals we may ask to deliver 1-4 days prior and or pick up 1-3 days after the event. If this happens to be the case, we will always call-in advance to confirm that this is a possibility. We do know and understand that an early delivery time isn’t always a possibility. If we have to ask a customer to take an early delivery due to our scheduling. Such changes would not affect the overall price, even though the customer would have the Party Rental Equipment for a much longer time frame.
We prefer to set up Tents in advance so you have enough time to decorate them the way you would like to for your party. 🎉
No, Our inflatables will be clean when you receive them at time of delivery. We take cleanliness and safety very seriously. We pride ourselves in providing some of the cleanest and newest looking inflatables on Long Island. After every rental our staff immediately cleans and disinfects each inflatable onsite before folding up and again at our location all by hand.
Yes, unless otherwise specified in safety training (kids should be removed from the jump and the blower should be turned off in high winds). The blower keeps constant air-flow pushing into the inflatable. Inflatables are designed not to be 100% air tight and if the blower is shut off or unplugged the inflatable will fall almost immediately. For this reason we require any Inflatable Rental to be set up within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. If a cord longer than 50 feet is used this will most likely result in the tripping of a breaker. Of course, if it rains we need you to unplug and deflate the unit as well as cover the blower. Also, When your party is complete then it is safe to turn off the unit.
We love setting up at parks but unfortunately most parks do not have electricity available. But not to worry! We have generators available to rent that can be delivered and set up with your inflatable. Also just as a reminder; Parks are a first come first serve so be sure and get to spot taken early in the day. Also some Parks do not allow inflatables or have certain restrictions please confirm wit the Parks.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
We accept payments in the form of either cash or credit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change ready for your delivery driver because they do not carry cash on hand to make change.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds,dog chewing, cut with a sharp object the use of SILLY STRING ect.) then a repair fee will be incurred up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. Use of Silly string in or on one of our inflatables results in a cleaning and damage fee of $500.00 or possible replacement! We do offer a Damage Waiver, at a cost of 8% of the total rental price. This option is available during the check out process and it explains it more in detail.
Yes. All of our Inflatables and Party Rentals require a $75 deposit made by Credit Card to hold the date/Rental Item. The deposit holds the item/unit for your special day so no one else can rent that unit/item. Deposits are non-refundable (with an exception of rainy weather). Refer to our weather cancellations to learn more about cancelling due to bad weather.
Most of our inflatables (all of our character bounce houses for example) are 15ft x 15ft which is a little bigger than many companies rent. 20′ x 20′ is more than big enough for the standard Bounce house. The bounce house must be clear of all overhead power/utility lines and tree branches. We reserve the right to refuse setup if these conditions exist upon delivery.When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the games. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Please make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. We’re strong, but we can’t lift these larger inflatables over walls or fences. The rides can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. The surface must be mostly flat and firm. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jump.A bounce house can be set up on many different places on your property. Please let us know in advance if the Bounce house will be setup on anything other than grass.
YES…. We are fully insured and can provide proof if needed.
Electricity is required to power the blower units. We provide extension cords. The blowers are very efficient. If you do not have power available, we offer generator rentals as well.
Rental is on a first come first served basis. It is wise to get your reservations in early to be guaranteed your Inflatable Bounce House, Combo Bouncers, Interactive Games, Obstacle Courses, Water Slides or Yard Games are available. We suggest 2-4 weeks prior to your event. If you do have last minute needs, we will do our best to accommodate you.
